It’s not perfect, but It’s memorable

A spacious room with a captivating city view made my stay enjoyable. Convenient access to Yokohama Station was a major plus, allowing easy travel to Tokyo. Breakfast offered a delightful buffet, though some dining aspects fell short. Still, the attentive staff and overall ambiance left a lasting impression.

It was just a nice choice for an overnight stop in Yokohama with good value. The cleaning staff did a great job. Check your deliveries. they’ll just let you know with a flickering light on the phone.

Couldn't recommend more for short stay

Comfortable room, convenient location, with excellent access to public transportation options making it easy to explore the area. Helpful staff who assisted with luggage storage and enjoyed the clean amenities during my visit.

Exceptional Chinese lunch experience

The hotel offers great amenities and is conveniently situated near Yokohama Station, making it easy to explore the area. However, the rooms could use an update as they felt slightly worn, and the extra fees for some facilities seemed a bit excessive. Still, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Conveniently situated near a major train hub, access to the bustling city and surrounding areas is effortless. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards and exude cleanliness. Dining options stood out, especially the exquisite Chinese dishes that rivaled the best. However, the fitness center requires an additional fee and was smaller than expected. Additionally, some amenities felt outdated and the restaurants were rather pricey compared to local alternatives.

Had an awesome time enjoying the gorgeous indoor swimming pool and relaxing sauna during our three-night stay. The only downside was that the Bay West bar was a bit smoky, but the drinks were great! If you get a chance, definitely try the compass breakfast buffet. you won’t regret it! 😊

The amenities were lacking in certain areas, particularly in terms of gym equipment and maintenance.

I had a fantastic stay, especially loved the spacious room and a remarkable six-course Chinese meal in our private dining room. However, the gym equipment was outdated, which was disappointing.

the check-in process was a bit slow, but the location is superb (next to the train station! ). the room was spacious with a lovely view (great city sights! breakfast offered a large buffet (the omelette station was my favorite!
